Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

• Products must be unused and sealed in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used creams and skincare products.

• Change of mind after delivery.

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (results vary by individual).

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after inspection.

• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Covered by Jannat Beauty only if the mistake is from our side.
